I have been requested to see if I can include a built in sub menu to a report, where you can export to PDF or take a screenshot. This would be from within the report itself rather than using the PowerBI Menu. For example, we can export a visual and even copy a visual to clipboard from within the report, but is there a way to do this with the entire report? Thank you.

Hi @GeorgeG ,
I don't think this is possible.
If this helps and resolves the issue, appreciate a Kudos and mark it as a Solution! 🙂
Thanks,
Pragati
Hi @GeorgeG ,
There is "Export to PDF" option under File menu in Power BI Desktop, which exports the whole report to a pdf.
If this helps and resolves the issue, appreciate a Kudos and mark it as a Solution! 🙂
Thanks,
Pragati
Thanks for your suggestion, however they would like to be within the report itself. So for example, a button you can click in the corner of the report that will export to PDF. I didn't think it was possible but wanted to make sure! 🙂
Hi @GeorgeG ,
If users are consuming reports through Power BI service, there is an EXPORT button at the top of the report to achieve this.
See the link below:

If this helps and resolves the issue, appreciate a Kudos and mark it as a Solution! 🙂

Hi @Pragati11 ,
I understand you can use the menu to achieve this, however I have been asked to see if you can incorporate a button into the report to do this instead. I just wanted to make sure you can't as I didn't think it was possible.
