Is there a way to export and save the data obtained by BI?
If you know please let me know.

You can do it from power desktop and as well as from PBI service.
PBI desktop:
1) Add all the columns to the table 
2)Click on 3 dots > clcik on export data > CSV data will be saved on your system
3) you can export data from any visual.

PBI service:
You can export data in Excel like complete data will be available in pivot from.
you can export PBI report in PPT and Doc from below option

Or you can export different data from different visual from PBI service. click on 3 dots of a visual then export.
