Hello everyone, i have 100,000 employees record in an excel file. However, i have created a sample of 10 employees record in order to generate the below chart. I would like to ask is there away to display only merchandising department when i click on the blue bar? Instead of showing the other departments in light blue? Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous
You need to add a slicer for the departments and filter it there

Hi @Anonymous ,
For a single visual, the only interaction is "highlight". You need to use a slicer or apply filters to "filter"
And there is a setting in Power BI to change interaction between visuals.
In Power BI desktop go to File->Options and settings->Options->CurrentFile->Report Settings->Change default visual interaction from cross highlighting to cross filtering option. Enable it and restart PBI, it should work fine.
Best Regards,
