Is there a way to hide and show slicers?

Hi,

I would like to see if it's possible to hide and show a few slicers on the page - see below screenshot? This will give users more space for the actual visuals (table, etc). Thanks

Hi @spagad6263 ,

yes it is possible. You need  to use bookmarks and some buttons to achieve them.

The only downside of doing this is that, everytime you will add new slicers in the future, you will always need to update your bookmarks.

Take a look at this link.

Hi @spagad6263 -
As Todd said, you can remove options from slicers to streamline options.
If you want to make even more space for users, there is a way to have a slicer pop-out, so all your slicers are hidden behind the click of a button. You can use the bookmarking capabilities within Power BI to show and hide pop-ups!
Here's a video on how to achieve this:

Yes, go to the View menu and click the Selection option. That shows a fly-out on the right that lists every element on the page. From there click the eye ball icon next to your slicer.
