Is there a way to have a slicer linked to columns in a table visual?

I want to set up a table visual that looks like this

Category                  Current Month Total       Previous Month Total          Variance

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strawberries                                     100                                    85                      17%

Apples                                                75                                    80                      -6%

Grapes                                                95                                    93                       2%

I'm wondering if it's possible to have a slicer that referes to the current month in a way that when you select the month, the data in the current and previous month change to that month.  And it would be great to have the column title change as well.

If possible, how do you go about it?

Hello @Ashish_Mathur,

Here is a link to the PBIX.  The column totals are actually the count by carrier of carrier for the current and previous month.  I realized that the 'current month' should be the last month of data (max of date column) and not what could be the current month in a toda() statement.

The column header can not be dynamic for now.  However, you can 

1) Make the header white color

2) place two dynamic cards on top to make them dynamic as header
