Is it possible to show tooltip to specific Bar in stacked Bar chart

Iwant to show Tooltip to specific Bar (not the total bars in visual).

Example- I have 4bars in visual, But in that 4bars i want the show the Tooltip to 1bar. (remaining 3bars i don't want to show the Tooltip)

Is it possible.

You can use tooltip pages to change the items that are shown in each tooltip.  You will be able to show an empty tooltip for the other bars but you won't be able to suppress the tooltip window from showing.
