Is it possible to set default values in Multilevel Hierarchy Filters with Power BI ?

Can we set default values in Slicers/ Filters available in Power BI report. 

 

Say for example I have Filter1, Filter2,Filter3, Filter 4 with hierarchial structure. 

 

IS it possible to set default values in all the above filters to load the Power Bi report (default).
