Is it possible to merge cells in matrix table like Excel in Power BI?

My client wants to achieve a matrix table like this, merge last column ("URL" in the example).

Actual data are different and it does not make sense to move the right column.

You cannot merge fields unfortunately. This is the closest I got; a poor approximation:

merge url.png
