Is it possible to have Y-axis label on both side of the visual? Right now the visual look like this
I want to have the end result like this

Yes it's possible, with all visuals with 2 Y axises.
You just need to put the same measure/ measures at the both y axises.

It is possible but only on a line chart or a combined column/line chart. An area chart wouldn't make sense with two Y axes anyway.
