Hello guys,
I have tables and other visuals displaying data in es-US format, so for example 1234000 looks like 1234K or 1.2M.
My problem is mostly of our viewers use powerbi service in spanish so it shows like 1234 mil or 1,2 mill. This makes the table show the scrollbar because the data is too big for the columns.
Is there any way to force in DAX the locale so I can always show K/M regardless of the locale of each user in Powerbi service?
I know I can always divide by 1000 and add a K at the end, this leads to another problem which is that you need different measures for each format yo want to display, exporting data to excel, etc...
Essentially, Is the same problem than this post but since it was from 2019 I didn't want to reupload the thread:

@Anonymous Hi! did you find a solution for that?
Thank you!
Hi@Anonymous,
Please check if You can modify the culture settings to meet your needs.
When you create a Power BI Desktop file, the culture of the data model copies the current locale settings of the operating system used to create the file. Changing this setting in a Power BI Desktop file is not possible from the UI.
For more information, you can refer to this:https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/changing-the-culture-of-a-power-bi-desktop-file/
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
Caitlyn Yan
