Is it possible to change the layout of the new matrix to look like the old matrix?

Hello,

I am enjoying the features and functionality of the new matrix, but the layout of the original version displayed the data I am trying to show off perfectly, whereas the new version leaves something to be desired.

I've included two examples below of how the new matrix and previous matrix lay out the data. The examples are using dummy data.

The old layout would not duplicate values if they were relevant on multiple rows, but the new one seems to. I've tried moving around the rows and columns but I haven't managed to recreate the old layout.

Hopefully the above portrays what I'm trying to ask, but if not, let me know and I'll try and elaborate.

Thanks!

@BroomJ This could just be a matter of turning off the "Stepped Layout"

You can find that under the Format paintbrush -> Row Header section, turn it off and it looks like the old matrix

Hi @Seth_C_Bauer

Perfect, that's exactly what I was looking for.

I must've looked through all of the formatting options 5 or 6 times and I somehow completely missed that option every single time.

Thank you very much!
