Is it possible for Power BI to do LOCAL, non published Incremental data refreshes?

I know that you can set up incremental refreshes that kick in once the dash is published.

I am doing development usng a large set of data (3mil+ rows with lots of columns).

Is it possible to set up incremental refreshes so that when I do a data refresh in the desktop app I load only the last day's worth of data?

This would be a huge help.

Thanks

No, there are no multi-partitions in a PBIX file. Your only choice would be a Direct Query connection.

Not the outcome that I was hoping for, but I understand.

Thx
