Is any way to insert multi-row cards into a Matrix as footage in Power bi desktop

Hello, I have two visuals on this canvas. The top is a hierarchy Matrix; the bottom comprises five muti-row cards and five text boxes. Is any way to insert multi-row cards into a Matrix as footage in Power bi desktop? Or is any way to insert rows into a hierarchy matrix?

It is not possible to place the multirow cards into a matrix.

Also, for inserting rows like an hierarchy -> you can try pivoting so that the rows become your columns and then create a hierarchy.
