Is Matrix Visual cannot highlighted and how?

Hi guys,

I want to know how to highlight Matrix Visual ? Is it possible ? because when Edit interaction between Table and Matrix with the same data, there is no options for Highlight, only Filter.

I want to make a simple Risk Matrix which something like this :

The colored boxes is actually an image in the background, and infront is the matrix table with transparent background. When click one row in the table on the left, I would likely the matrix to be highlighted, I wonder is it possible ?

And how to make the value is placed with center alignment ? coz right now it is actually on the right, compare to the column header which has a setting for Alignment.

@testvolt , Not all visual support fill. Seem like this visual does support that.
