We have a seperate organization(company) for each Geo-region in Adobe Analytics. I have loaded data from one of these regions into a table in Power BI. When I tried to load the data from another organization into another table, I get the error "Invalid user specified error". What is the reason and workaround for this? Please help/advise. Thank you in advance.
Hi @NarKamat were you able to find a solution? I used the Adobe native connector but I had some issues. As a workardound, maybe you can test your connection using a 3rd party tool. I've tried windsor.ai , supemetrics (which doesn't has PBI as a destination, so you first have to export to Google Sheets and then export to PBI) and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Adobe connector in the data sources list:
Then, you should enter your Adobe credentials to make the connection. After that, you'll see a preview of your data where you can select the fields you want to see in PBI.
Finally, you just have to choose PBI as destination and copy and paste the url that will appear there in PBI desktop --> Get Data --Web > --> Paste the link
Same issue and waiting for solution

Thank you so much for your quick response. Basically, I am not able to access one of the Organizations(companies) from Adobe Analytics in the Adobe Analytics data connector in Power BI, when I try to build a dashboard by integrating the data from all these organizations in Power BI.
Here is an image. I have balckened them. But behind each black box is an organization from which I want to fetch data. But I see the error - "Invalid user specified" only for the second organization.
I checked that I have access to this organization in Adobe. And I have used this organization's data in Power BI just last week. But when I started extracting data from a different organization, I started getting this error. However I am able to access the other organizations' data.
