Invalid HTML was found in the message body in Power BI

I am trying to copy and paste excel tables here(New Message/forum) but I am receving the below mentioned error can you please advise how can I rectify the problem?

Can you please share some artical it will help to understand the problem.

Don't worry too much about the layout looking distorted, a lot of the data pasted in here looks like that but it can be copied out and pasted int PBI to create a table and that's what's important.  Pictures of data are difficult to work with.

You're copying a table from Excel into the forum?

There's nothing else in your message?

Try pasting the table into Notepad first, then copy/paste from Notepad into the forum.

Yes. It's just Excel table nothing else.

Now I can able to past the data in forum based on your advise but loosing data structure/shape or the alignment.

but original table look like.

Any advise please.
