Hi everyone;
I have the following (partial) raw datatable:
As you can see the phone number 300609, after 4 attemps, finally answered a call. Others, like 9214, never will do...
I would like to know the phone numbers that although firstly they don't answer finally they do it.
Thansk in advance.

Hi @dmartinezl ,
I add some data based on your table. You could reference my sample to have a try.
Measure =
VAR Rejected = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),FILTER(ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Number]),'Table'[State] = "Rejected"))
var Handled = CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[Number]),FILTER('Table','Table'[State] = "Handled" && Rejected>0))
return
Handled

Awesome @v-xuding-msft !
And... One more thing! 😋
What if I want to know how many numbers instead what numbers meet the condition?
Thank you very much!
