Internal SLA for Power BI

Question

I'm trying to develop an internal SLA for our users around Power BI. Does anyone have any good suggestions for metrics that I should include in this SLA?&nbsp;Thanks!

I guess the internal SLA is all depending on your own bussiness, though you can find common metrics by googling.
