I am looking for the 95th percentile for [IN_Megabytes] and [OUT_Megabytes] for each distinct [FullName] by day, week, and month. The data sample is every hour. I have data for a whole month. Here is what the dataset I am working with looks like (there are approx. 1000 interfaces, each polled every hour for the megabyte in and megabyte out):

@Anonymous - You could write a Measure like this for the incoming:
Ingress 95th Percentile = PERCENTILE.EXC(YourTable[IN_Megabytes],.95)
And another for the outgoing:
Egress 95th Percentile = PERCENTILE.EXC(YourTable[OUT_Megabytes],.95)
Use these measures in your visuals, along with relevant dates and FullName - the calculations will be run within each "filter context".
