    Hi Andrew_Kerr, PowerBI is data visualization tool, you can't modify underlying data using it. There are some techniques that allow you to do so (such as integration of PowerBI with PowerApps but it's an advanced topic - see this video for further details).

    First you change your data (without using PowerBI), then you refresh PowerBI to visualize the results. That's how it works.
