Hi BI Community! I have searched the forum but didn't get an answer for my issue.
I am working on the report, it uses two datasets:
1. Microsoft Planner data exported to Excel, and from Excel to PBI. I have a couple of visualisations (bar charts, pie charts). They include the measurements (calculate/count/keepfilters).
For some reason they do not interact to each other.
2. Excel Table uploaded, again have some visualisations with measurements (averages) and they do not interact to each other.
Both Tables are not connected with the relationshipin any way ( I don't need it), but I would expect that their own columns would interact between them.
Would would be the isuee? Was there any change in PBI recently that measurements are not cross-filtering anymore?
Thank you,
Agata
Hi @Idrissshatila . I was probably not clear with my question. A group of visuals is build on the same table - and they do not react to each other.
The same issue is for the second table - visuals built using the columns from one Table are not interacting to each other.
There is no point to build a data model between these two Tables as I do not link them. However they have the same interactions issue.
Hello @AgataJ ,
there should be a relationship built in the data model between these two tables.
I advise you to create dimension tables that are linked to both of your table so you could filter between them.
