I am looking for some support with data doesn't exist.
I have to provide scoring on the number of errors Divisions have encountered. For example, if you encounter 2 errors under "Count," then you get a score of 3. However, if you have 0 errors, there is no data to count, such as Division 3 has no "Inventory errors, but they need to get a perfect score of 5. How do I show the score for the data that doesn't exist?
| Count | Score | Type | Date | Division |
| 2 | 3 | MRP & Other | Friday, September 1, 2023 | Division 1 |
| 2 | 3 | Inventory | Friday, September 1, 2023 | Division 1 |
| 2 | 3 | MRP & Other | Friday, September 1, 2023 | Division 2 |
| 2 | 3 | Inventory | Friday, September 1, 2023 | Division 2 |
| 2 | 3 | MRP & Other | Friday, September 1, 2023 | Division 3 |
I am counting in another table using Group by grouping transactional data for errors - using count as number
Thank you for any help
Hi @lotus22 ,
From your description I can understand that you want to score the number of errors, but I can't tell what your desired outcome is based on the sample data you've provided.
Please provide detailed sample data and the results you are hoping for again. We can better understand the problem and help you. Show it as a screenshot or excel. Please remove any sensitive data in advance.
Best regards
Albert He
