    Thanks for catching this Marco! Sorry about that :). Turns out the implementation of ALLNOBLANKROW didn't match the original spec :smileyhappy: when the update to intellisense ships we'll fix the MSDN documentation to include the extra parameter(s) as well

The fix will be hopefully available in Sep 2017 version of Power BI Desktop. If not, it will be fixed in Oct 2017 version of Power BI Desktop.
