Insightly

I have been trying for days to pull in data from Insightly via their web api and I cannot get it to work.  Has anyone successfully done this?  I have looked on every message board  I can find and see many mixed results.  I have tried to do this by going to get data>web and followed the dialog box but it always returned an error. I have also attempted to do it by way of a new query but always get an error on that as well.  I have very limited knowledge about connecting by api as well so if anyone has any specifics of when they have successfully completed this would be great appreciately and help me out tremendously.

Thanks,

Matt
