Insert named and calculated rows for subtotal

Good Morning,

I need to create new rows with sub-total and named in PBi tables from capture 1 to capture 2, as depicted below:

 

 

I cannot use power query as when i press on modify table there is no table which can be modified, perhaps use of dax function can help.

@Vicky2023 One way would be to create Groups and then use those groups in a matrix ad-hoc hierarchy along with your original categories. The other way would be a disconnected table and a measure.
