Insert Column of Filtered/Measured Rows?

Hi there, I have successfully manually filtered all of my sum/count fields in order to calculate the specific results.  But I would like to accomplish this as a table instead of individual cards.  For various reasons. 

I can create a measure that includes these filters, but is there a way to add a column with these filtered products/rows?  Can you add a column of measured rows? 

1st Mortgage AZ

1st Mortage TX

etc...
