Information box

Hi Community,

 

When I usually hover my mouse on a visual it shows the information box on the desktop app, but doesn't appear online.

Please help.

    hi Anonymous ,

     

    I couldn't recreate the scenario you've met but I tested the information box in four different browsers and they all work well.

    Could you please share your PBIX to me if you don't have any Confidential Information.
