Hi, I've just recently started recieving the below message pretty much all of the time using Desktop. I have not disabled background refrehes/previews. I've gotten this with all sorted of sources including Excel, sharepoint and even Snowflake - Its such a pain having to constantly manually refresh, especially when its a large dataset this can take a bit of time to go away.
Any ideas? 🤔
I have the same issue, i could not find any fix. We need an hero.
Did anyone find a solution? I am having the same issue starting recently and it's really making it hard to get any work done.
Recently started getting the same error. Have you found the solution yet? If yes, please share.
Same issue here. Never used to happen before but now happening everytime I move on from one query to another. Nothing has changed in the background, no new steps applied to other queries yet, they randomly go into refresh mode and then the above error message pops up
Quite frustrating. This is probably something that came about in the latest update
Same problem here. Just started happening since July 2022.
@garyvanceTIL , Seem like the disabled background preview option in Data load. File -> Options and Setting -> Options -> data load
You might same option as what is there in the image . use the first one under background data
Thats the strange thing, that option is already selected.
I have same issue, have you been lukcy in resolving it?
HI @dbienkowski, No! Still having the same issue unfortunately, very painful. Especially when its a large dataset and I need to constantly refresh
