HI, I calculated the Previous Month Average and then a divide by the number of rows. My DAX look like this:

It seems the count of previous month in your data is 0, thus the numerator/0=infinity. Please upload your dummy pbix to Onedrive/sharepoint/dropbix, and share us the link. that would be easier for us to provide the valuable advice.
