Anonymous yes 3 different measure, one for each stage. Maybe it will be easier if you paste sample data and expected output. Read this post to get your answer quickly.

The expected output is for any tasks that are created, started, or completed within a specific time period should appear in the visualizations based on the parameters in the independent date filter.
