Hi All,
I think it's one of bugs...
On a "Incremental Refresh" popup window, this window disppears after clicking "Learn more" link.
As application recognizes that popup has been still opening, all features are blocked.
I have to close application forcibly using task manager. Hope it's able to be fixed soon.
Thanks.

Hi Yuliana Gu,
Thanks for your response.
I don't know why I haven't tried to close or minimize new browser.
But you can replicate this problem as clicking application from taskbar after opened browser.
Now I found a solution...Alt+tab..
At that time, I couldn't switch application using alt+tab, but now it works anyway. Many thanks!
Best regards,
Yoonsun
Hi @krjeongys,
After clicking the "Learn more" button, the "Incremental Refresh" popup window disappeared and all other options in desktop were disabled, right?
Since you have opened the corresponding document in web browser, please close or minimize this web page first, then, return back to desktop, you will see the "Incremental Refresh" popup window again.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
