Incremental refresh not retaining previous data

I have two queries. One is getting refreshed daily and giving the current date's data. And the other one is historical static data.
I want the data from the daily refreshing query to append to the historical data. 

Currently what's happening is it overwrites the daily data in the most recent input  of historical data. we have the data of 21st april after 18th april where as we need 19th, 20th, 21 and so on. What it is doing is it is overwriting the previous data with new one.

If I understand correctly, it seems that some data from Apr 19th to Apr 21st are missing in your visual after refreshed. Could you please check and confirm if the data for these dates exist in the table exactly? Is there any other filter or slicer may filter out these data? How did you set your matrix visual? The data of matrix visual only include both currect date data and historical data?

So the data of 19th April only get refreshed on 19th then 20 will only show up on 20th april and it is showing current date in the last column. It overwrites the data that gets refreshed daily. I need to retain that data!!
Please 4let me know if the question is clear or do you need more specifics.

Now if I give a screenshot of report today it will give us data till 18th April and then only of 27th April. No data in between
