Hi Deermeat ,
You can increase your visual width then power bi will display these hidden x axis label.(if visual width not so large, power bi will auto hide some of labels)
In addition, you can also modify x axis type to 'categorical' to force display all x axis labels.Or you can vote here: idea

if you have all dates you can create a column
Column = 0 and place it in the chart - that will force all dates to be seen
