Incorrect data label position with two values

Unfortunately, it does not help to set one measures to "Below" and the other to "Above", because it can happen that the data point for "B actual Year" is higher in one group and lower in the other group than the data point "B last Year" (see in group 2 and group 4). This means that for one of the two groups, the data label of these Measures would again be positioned incorrectly.
