Incorporate info in a specific cell as a column using Power Query

Hi everyone,

 

I have an Excel spreadsheet as my data source, but my problem is that the date information is in a specific cell of the spreadsheet instead of in each row of the table. Is there a way to make the date go to each row using Power Query?

 

Below I put a sample spreadsheet so that you can understand my problem. The date is placed above the actual data.

Then give read only access and publisk the link here.

We can them import the data and provide an example solution.
