When building a P&L statement in PBI, how can I include Total Gross Profit and GP % calculations? Structure of the data is below:

I'm trying to build a standard P&L with subtotals for Gross Profit, Personnel Costs, Variable Costs, Fixed Costs, and EBITDA. I'd also like to show GP %, % of GP, and other similar calcuations. The problem is that the data includes GL codes for Revenue, COGS, and SG&A costs, but I am unsure how to use those GL codes to generate subtotals. Screenshot below of an ideal end-state for the report:
