In matrix, when Value is "Show on row", how to hide a row when the value is blank for the whole row?

Hi there,

I have a matrix and with 2 values - "Value" and "RC" set as "show on row", and a multi-select slicer "Level" 

As you can see from the above, some Collab names, the RC is blank for the whole row, and this happens to all levels.

So, wondering if the "RC" value is all blank, can we hide the whole row? but still I need to show the row of another value - "Value"

Not really.  You can only do that with row fields, not with value fields. Can you find a way to use a calculated column instead that you could add to the rows well?
