In Using Get Data with a Folder of Text Files how do you get FileName as a column?

I'm reading into the Power Query Editor a bunch of identically formatted text files from the folder option of Get Data. I want a column indicating the filename.

It would also be cool if someone could show a simple M Script for processing all the files. For example, I am creating names for headings and deleting unwanted columns.
