In Power BI can I create a formula for Date of Service that brings back specific Procedure Codes?

I need to create 2 formula's that are very similar.

1. Create a formula where the Date of Service only brings back Procedure Codes: 99221, 99222, and 99223.

2. Create a formula where the Date of Service only brings back Procedure Codes: 99238 and 99239.

• Test Dataset
• DOS
• Procedure_Code

On this screenshot, Proc Codes 99223 are Admit date and Proc Codes 99239 are Discharge Dates.  The only patients that should be on this report are patient with stays less than 90 days.  So, for example, if you see where I highlighted, Charlie Brown, should not be on my Power Bi table because the Admit Date and Discharge Date are over 90 days.
