Improve the UX/UI of a report

I have a report page where I am using these following filters :

-EmployeeID : single selection

-DepartmentID : single selection

-SubDepartmentID : single selection

-TaskID : multiple selection

The output is a simple table displaying the details of each employee.

The filters are interacting dynamically which means that if I select an EmployeeID the other filters will show only the values related to the former selection.

How can I reset the selection for the DepartmentID, SubDepartmentID, TaskID and keep the last selected value for the EmployeeID?

Currently we are using the the reset filter for each one like belown but it is not user friendly :

Any suggestion to improve it ?

I agree with @SpartaBI  solution.

Also for displaying a message, you can create the following measure and display it in a card :

DisplayMessage =

SWITCH(TRUE(),

ISFILTERED(DimDepartment[DepartmentID])

&& ISFILTERED(DimSubDepartment[SubDepartmentID])

&& ISFILTERED(DimTask[TaskID])

,"the message you want to display","")

@AmiraBedh create a bookmark that will only affect these slicers and in that bookmark their state will be not selected.

You need to click on all 3, better in the selection pane, and than create the bookmark. In the settings of the bookmark you need to choose the: selected visuals option.

Than of course create a button that will trigger that bookmark. You can put a reset icon in it or a text that says: "reset selection" or whatever you want 🙂

Is there any way to notify the report user to use a specific button to reset the 3 filters to get back to the initial state?

@AmiraBedh
Sure, the button can have a text that says: "Click here to Reset All the relevant slicers".
You can use also a combination of photo / icons and text. It's just a question of imagination how you would present it in the end.
