Importing New Measure from Desktop

I added a new measure in Desktop, so how can I import just that measure?

Import it to where?  Do you mean add it to an exsting report in the Service?  If so publish the report - however the measure may not show up straight away.  I understand there is a meta-data refresh process that can take up to 5 mins for measures to appear in the Service.

If you have no dashboards (linked tiles) you can always delete the report and re-upload it.
