Importing/Connecting to data from Teams

Hello,

I'd like to publish a report I made in power BI, but can't because the data it is working off of is stored on my computer (users would not be able to update the connection as needed).  I copied the data to teams and would like to just change the data source to the file in teams but cannot figure out how to do so.

Can anyone explain how this is done or link me to a *current* tutorial on how to do so?
