Import .pst files
Not sure this is actually what I'm looking for, but here goes. I would like to agragate and analyze colleagues email responses. I would like to dump data from 20+ people into one place so I can see things like response rate based on day of the week or time of the day or other variables. I know that I can connect my own Exchange account to my Power BI desktop, but can I connect colleagues' inboxes as well? The alternative I was thinking of was to export all their inboxes to .pst files and upload those to a SharePoint folder. I THINK I can automate that last bit using Power Automate. However, I would still need to tell Power BI that they're .pst files, and I can't seem to be able to open that file and transform that data from scratch. I just tried saving a .pst file and importing it to Power BI, but it does not appear to be able to display a .pst as a table like when I use the Exchange connector. Any ideas?

danielgajohnson I am not aware of a solution for importing a PST file into Power BI. Maybe CDATA has an ODBC connector for it??

@Greg_Deckler do you know about the Exchange connector? Can I add more colleagues to a report?

danielgajohnson - Yes, I know of the Exchange connector but it only allows you to connect to a single mailbox.
