Import excel from a link I receive in an outlook email

I am currently receiving an email with a link. When I click on that link, an excel is downloaded. Do you know if there is a way to automate this and feed a table incrementally in Power BI?

@JSebastian , Copy that link and try that as a web link. Use your email login or login as applicable. If this does not work then you have to consider Power Automate
