Import PWA "NOTES" to Power BI Content Pack

Is it possible to drag the content from PWA "Notes" into Power Bi Content Pack?

Im using the content pack developed by Paul M, this has risk and issues but i'd also like to pull "Notes"

Hi @SPM01 ,

It may not meet your requirement as Microsoft project web app is a template app, when you install it, it will be in a new workspace. However you cannot use content pack in a new workspace.

For further information about Microsoft project app and content packs, you can refer the following Microsoft documents that could help you:

  1. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-connect-to-project-online
  2. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-organizational-content-pack-create-and-publish

Im using the content pack detailed above and im connected to our instance of PWA.

Everything is working fine i just want to drag the "Notes" content from PWA into the same Power Bi report.

I understand that PWA "Risks and Issues" uses sharepoint lists, "Notes" uses MS One Note, can this data be pulled into Power Bi?

Hello, I do have the same issue. I do know how to use the power query but I have not found the notes information either. Can anyone please help?

tks!

Hi @SPM01 ,

Why not?

Are you familiar with PowerQuery?

I think you are talking about this Power BI template...
