Import Excel Workbook into Power BI Not Working - Load and Transform Data are Gray

Hi, 

I am unable to import an Excel 2019 workbook into Power BI. 

Steps taken:

1. "Get Data"

2. "Excel Workbook"

3. "Connect"

4. Select workbook from local folder

5. "Open"

Details:

1. Load and Transform Data buttons are Gray

2. There are two worksheets in the workbook with the same data: Table1 and SalesOrderDetail.

3. There is no formatting or filtering in the worksheets.

4. I am doing the Power BI training from Microsoft. The Excel workbooks came directly from Microsoft as downloads.

5. None of my Excel workbooks are working regardless if they are from Microsoft or not. 
6. I have the August 2024 Power BI update

Am I doing anything incorrectly? Please help!
