Import Custom Visual error

This problem show me in the power bi desktop from windows 10 store, if I use the power bi installer download from the web page I don't have any problem, I treat uninstall the app and reboot the pc but still I can't import the visual from the store

Can you translate the error message?

I haven't encountered this issue. What custom visual are you importing?

As you said, it works properly when importing from .pbviz file. It might be issue on Office Store. Can you contact its author?

The message says

You can not import
The custom visual object could not be imported. It may be a temporary problem. Try it again later. If you still have a problem visit support.powerbi.com and report the problem

This issue happens if I import any visual from de store.

It´s right if I import form .pbviz not have any problem, this problem only happens with the app downloaded from the windows store, if I install the Power BI Desktop from PBIDesktop_x64.msi no problem
