Hi @mahsy ,
SharePoint Online doesn't allow to generate URLs with anonymous access. We need to provide authentication to get access to these images. We cannot see SharePoint images with URLs on Power BI Desktop. We have to publish a report on the Power BI service, and the user must be logged in to SharePoint before accessing this report to see images properly. If the user isn't logged in with SharePoint, then images will not render even on a web browser.
We cannot export a report with images from sharepoint url; for instance, if you export this report or create a subscription broken link will appear in the report, just like the image url will show broken in Power BI Desktop.

Hi,
I am trying to export my report from Power BI Service to Powerpoint and PDF but it is not loading images coming from SharePoint URL.
Do you know what could be the issue?
Hello Ayeshazahid,
Please use Certified Custom Visual for exporting image in pdf and PPT,
Microsoft don't allow exporting external url image in uncertified visuals.
Thanks.

Hi @mahsy ,
I tried to export one of my report pages with images in it, and I was able to export images perfectly fine from Power BI Service. See below: (the smileys here are the images)
Can you share some screen-shot please regarding the issues that you see at your end?
Hi,
i use a matrix in which i display the image and other information (images are stored on Sharepoint).
Hi @mahsy ,
I can still get my images exported to a pdf. I am bringing them using a url value and able to export them perfectly.
In Power BI Service I see following:
Once I export it to PDF, I see following:
So, my pdf export brings the images exactly as on my report.
Also the path of the images should be a url path right?
My images are populated using url links and in your case it should be your sharepoint link.
Also has this worked before and suddenly stopped working?
