I dont think that is possible. There isn't an option anywhere to customize it. I would:
- add an Apply all slicers button so the slicer selections are executed only when that button is clicked
- optimize my query for better performance
- if already optimized, manage the stakeholders by letting them know that some calculations will take some time to execute.
