If text column CONTAINS specified value, give a new value in new column/measure

Hi experts,

I have a column below (axt_status) from which I am trying to generate a new column/measure which returns a specific text value (green, yellow, red etc...) based on certain integer values in the axt_status column. I have tried IF functions but can't seem to get the function to work. Any help much appreciated!
